The preview is directly editable — click into it for one-off tweaks. Changing fields on the left re-builds the email and overwrites manual edits, so do fields first, tweaks last. Anything typed as {{Name}} in a template becomes a fill-in field on the Use tab. The Desktop/Mobile buttons only change this preview — the email itself automatically fits whatever screen the reader opens it on.
